about me

My name is Shelby and I am a full time working mother of two.  By day, I teach high school health and physical education.  I am mother to Ella Grace and Jack who keep me not only happy, but entertained daily. I even named my own business after them (well their middle names because ella and jack designs was already taken)

I started in 2009 with Grace Warren Designs and complete design work in the evening.  Being a teacher gives me time to work on new creations during holiday breaks and summer.  I have never taken a design class or any formal class on any of the programs that I use to create my creations, but love the challenge it presents me.

I also LOVE my day job.  I have had the unique opportunity to create a curriculum that encourages teens to work out and develop a lifelong love of exercise. I have been fortunate enough to work with some very talented exercise enthusiasts who inspire me to create and develop the curriculum.  Currently I am certified to teach all sorts of types of exercise classes like turbokick, piyo, and STRIDE.  I have also been awarded and recognized as a National Board Certified Teacher. I am truly lucky to have a job that I love.

I really never thought about blogging but always love looking at new things and getting inspired by other people and things I find.
